She referred to a Tort <br /> Claim and that Council authorized and ratified the continuation of participation in a <br /> particular legal action. <br /> Foster Kinney spoke about a recent neighborhood block party that was held at the <br /> intersection of Quartz and St. Francis, South Place, on August 22, 2010. He shared a <br /> copy of the invitation flyer and several pictures from the event (on file). <br /> Juan Vilorio, owner of property across Willow Street from Sigona's Market, said there is <br /> not enough parking because an empty lot that people used to park on is now restricted <br /> due to contamination. He provided pictures to City Council (on file) and said the parking <br /> signs need to be improved. <br /> Chair Pierce referred this complaint to the City Manager for follow-up. <br /> M/S Seybert/Gee to accept the Consent Calendar as submitted.
