Services to be performed hereunder shall be deemed unique <br /> organizational services, and you shall not assign, subiet, transfer or otherwise <br /> substitute your interest in this agreement or your obligations hereunder, without <br /> the prior written consent of the City. <br /> 4. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that it shall bear all costs of the downtown <br /> program above the amount provided by the City of Redwood City as described in <br /> paragraph 2a. <br /> If the foregoing terms and conditions are acceptable to the Contractor, and the <br /> Contractor desires to contract for the funds herein described, kindly have the original <br /> thereof executed and return the same to the City.
