Pay contractor the sum of Four Thousand Doilars ($4,000.00) to be used to <br /> fund four concerts at the Fox Theater during your 2012-2013 season as well as <br /> funding for your Bridges to Music Program. <br /> 3. It is understood and agreed that this agreement is for the performance of expert <br /> professional services and that in the performance thereof you shall be deemed <br /> an independent contractor, and not an employee, agent or other representative <br /> of the City. Services to be performed hereunder shall be deemed unique <br /> organizational services, and you shall not assign, sublet, transfer or othervvise <br /> substitute your interest in this agreement or your obligations hereunder, without <br /> the p�ior written consent of the City. <br /> 4. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that it shall bear all costs of the program <br /> described in this agreement which exceed the amount provided by the City of <br /> Redwood City as described in paragraph 2a. <br /> If the foregoing terms and conditions are acceptabie to the Contractor, and the <br /> Contractor desires to contract for the funds herein described, kindly have the original <br /> thereof executed and retum the same to the City.
