Parks, Recreation and 1400 Roosevelt Avenue Community Services D� �� Redwood City, California 94061 Department B a(� Phone (650) 780-7250 �� FAX (650) 368-5087 www.redwoodcity.org 7uly 18, 2012 Trista Bemstein Broadway by the Bay 851 Burlway Road, Suite 300 Burlingame, CA 94010 Dear Ms. Bemstein, The Redwood City Civic Cuitural Commission hereby enters into an agreement with Broadway by the Bay to provide funding for its 2012 Season at the Fox Theater in Redwood City. This agreement is subject to the following terms and conditions and shall become effective upon acceptance thereof by Broadway by the Bay (hereinafter called "Contractor"). 1. SERVICES OF CONTRACTOR. Contractor shall: a. Receive and coordinate expenditure of funds as determined for said organization; b. Manage and coordinate all entertainment, vendors, permits, sound systems, and other logistics considerations for the said events; c. Coordinate all rental and use arrangements with the management of the facilities which the organization is using; d. Supply any equipment needed by the organization, vendors or entertainers. e. List the Redwood City Civic Cultural Commission as a co-sponsor of the event. The Civic Cultural Commission MUST be listed on all publicity pieces, flyers, and press releases. The Civic Cultural Commission must receive copies of all publicity materials released by Redwood City Community Theater for its musical theater production in Redwood City; f. Provide passes for all seven Cultural Commissioners to attend the funded event. If the event is offered at no charge, contractor will provide invitation or flyer to Commissioners to remind them of event location, time and date; g. After the program has taken place, the Contractor must submit a written report regarding the attendance at the events and response to the programs, as well as a financial statement showing how the grant funds were spent; h. Use granted funds for the purpose of providing support for 2012 Season at the Fox Theater. Money not used for this purpose by )une 30, 2013 must be returned to the Civic Cultural Commission.
