<br /> California Civi(Code Section 2$19 regarding consent to change, extension of time,alteration, or
<br /> addition to the terms of the Permif or to the work to be performed fhereunder or the
<br /> Specifications accompanying#he same shall in any wise affecf ifs obligations on thls bond; and
<br /> it does hereby waive notice of any such change, extenston of time, alteration or addition to fhe
<br /> terms of the Permit,or to the work, or to the Specifications.
<br /> In the event City, or its successors or assigns, shall be the prevaiiing party in an ac#ion brought
<br /> upon this bond,then, in addition to the penai sum hereinabove specified,we agree to pay fo the
<br /> said Cify, or its successots ar assigns, a reasonable sum on accounf of attorney`s fees in such
<br /> ac#ion,which sum shal!be fixed by the court.
