Authoritv. The Parties each warrant and represent to the other that they <br /> have the full legal authority to enter into this Agreement. <br /> 17. Entire Aqreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement <br /> between the Parties and any modifications or extensions must be in the form of a <br /> written amendment fully noticed and approved. <br /> 18. Equal Emplovment Opportunitv. In connection with the performance of <br /> this Agreement, neither City nor District shall discriminate against any employee or <br /> applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, sex, physical or mental <br /> disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin.
