Where adjacent Building Parcels aze merged, the Building Zone Areas <br /> may be extended and merged at their most proximate boundaries, provided that no merger of <br /> Building Zone Areas shall cause an intrusion into the area shown on Exhibit B-4 as reserved <br /> for landscaped open space and pedestrian circulation. <br /> (i) During the term of this Agreement, City may apply new Development <br /> Regulations to the development of the Project which aze not in conflict with the Existing <br /> Development Regulations, the Existing Approvals, or this Agreement.
