The Building Regulations do not include that <br /> portion of any ordinance, resolution, code, rule, regulation or official policy that imposes a <br /> monetary Exaction. <br /> Building Zone Area. That portion of a parcel within which buildings may be located <br /> subject to any restriction on floor area or building dimensions provided herein, as shown on <br /> Exhibit B-1. <br /> Common Parcels. Those parcels designated as lettered lots A through I on <br /> Exhibit B-1, as they may be modified from time to time, including most of the Project Open <br /> Space and the Private Loop Road, to be owned by Pacific Shores or its designated successor <br /> and maintained for the benefit of the owners of all Building Parcels as set forth in the CCRs <br /> for the Project. <br /> Development Agreement Law. Sections 65864 through 65869.5 of the California <br /> Government Code. <br /> Master Development Plan. The plan for development of the Property for the Project <br /> shown in Ezhibit B. <br /> Development Regulations. The ordinances, resolutions, codes, rules, regulations <br /> and official policies of City governing zoning, land use, permitted uses, building density, <br /> building height, building size, building design, land division and engineering standards, that <br /> are applicable to the development of real property within City. Specifically, but without <br /> limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Development Regulations include City's General <br /> Plan, City's Zoning Ordinance, and City's Subdivision Code. The Development Regulations <br /> do not include the Building Regulations. <br /> District.
