PARCEL VII: <br /> Perpetual Easements and Rights of Way as appurtenant to said above described Parcel III and <br /> Pazcel VI or either of them (a) to constiuct, maintain and operate a road, an overpass or an <br /> underpass with all necessary culverts, drainage works and all appurtenances thereto; (b) to lay, <br /> construct, replace, increase, operate and remove pipe and sewer lines; (c) to erect, maintain, <br /> operate, increase, the number of, and remove power lines, telephone and telegraph lines on a <br /> single line of poles along and across a parcel of land described as: <br /> BEGINNIlVG at a point on the 10.48° curve referred to in the description of Parcel III, 95.5 feet <br /> Easteriy from the beginning of said curve; thence North 56° 53' East 52.8 feet to a point on the <br /> 9.63° curve on the Southwesteriy boundary of Parcel VI herein described; thence Southeasteriy <br /> on said 9.63° curve to the right, 53.5 feet to the most Southerly comer of said Parcei VI; thence <br /> South 56° 53' West a distance of 51.00 feet to a point on the aforesaid 10.48° curve on the <br /> Northeasterly line of Parcel III; thence Northwesterly along said 10.48° curve to the left, 54.2 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Said Easements are appurtenant to Parcels III and VI herein and were created by Deeri recorded <br /> February 16, 1943 in Book 1046 of Official Records at page 457 (File No. 75159-E�, Records <br /> of San Mateo County, California. . <br /> PARCEL VIII: <br /> A non-exclusive easement for the construction, maintenance, use, operation and repair of a <br /> roadway right-of-way 40' in width for vehicular and pedestrian ingress and egress and for utili- <br /> ties, in, over, under and upon, and for pipeli.nes under, the following described lands: <br /> That certain property being over a portion of Parcel 1 as said Pazcel is shown on that certain <br /> Parcel Map recorded in Volume 43 of Parcel Maps at page 50, Records of San mateo County, <br /> California, and being a strip of land 40.00 feet in width and lying 20.00 feet each side of the <br /> following described centeriine. <br /> BEGINNING at the most Southerly comer of said Parcel 1; thence Northeasterly along the line <br /> of said Parcel on the arc of a curve to the right from a tangent which bears North 36° 54' 06" <br /> East, having a radius of 1,949.86 feet, a cential angle of 1° 36' 20" an arc distance of 54.64 <br /> feet to the true point of beginning of the centerline of the herein described easement; thence' <br /> from said true point of begi.nning North 51° 36' 00" West parallel to and 54.63 feet <br /> perpendicularly measured Northeasteriy from the Southwesterly line of said Parcel 1 a distance <br /> of 716.00 feet to a point on the Northwesterly line of said Parcel 1 and being the Northwesterly <br /> terminus of the herein described centerline.
