os/23/2012 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE OVERSIGHT BOARD OF THE SUCCESSOR <br /> AGENCY TO THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES HEREBY <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct and incorporated <br /> herein. <br /> Section 2. The Oversight Board hereby approves the ROPS III, attached hereto <br /> as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, and hereby authorizes and <br /> directs the City Manager to make necessary revisions or amendments to the ROPS <br /> form based upon new direction or guidance from the State Department of Finance. <br /> Section 3. The Oversight Board hereby authorizes and directs the City Clerk to <br /> transmit the approved ROPS III, by mail or electronic means, to the San Mateo County <br /> Auditor-Controller, the State Controller and the State Department of Finance by <br /> September 1, 2012. <br /> Section 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to post a copy of <br /> the approved ROPS III on the Successor Agency's website by September 1, 2012. <br /> Section 5.
