os/23/2012 WHEREAS, in the meantime, the City seeks to allow use of the Property by Herrero Contractors, Inc. on a short term basis pursuant to the License Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, with the understanding that any revenue generated from the License Agreement will not be spent by the City until the property asset transfer has been resolved; and WHEREAS, the Oversight Board held a public meeting on August 23, 2012 on the proposed License Agreement following the notice required by law. NOW, THEREFORE, THE OVERSIGHT BOARD OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDWOOD CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct and incorporated herein. Section 2. The Oversight Board hereby approves the License Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A, and hereby authorizes and directs the City Manager of the City of Redwood City to execute the License Agreement on behalf of the Successor Agency, subject to any minor, technical or clarifying changes that may be approved by the Successor Agency's counsel. Section 3. The Oversight Board hereby directs the Successor Agency staff to maintain the revenues generated by the License Agreement until the property asset transfer has been resolved. Section 4.
