COSts KorTech estimates that the items described above wili require approximately 375 hours. Exact descriptions of the work items and the cost for each item will be negotiated during the period of this contract, and it is possible that not all of the items described above will be completed as a part of this contract. KorTech will bill for actual time worked. The rate for Bill's work is$150/hr, meaning a maximum labor fee of$56,250. No other fees will be assessed. Proprietary Righls I hereby assign to Redwood City all my right, title and interest in and to any and all Inventions and Proprietary Rights with respect thereto, whether or not patentable or registrable under copyright or similar statutes, made or conceived or reduced to practice or learned by me, either alone or jointly with others, during the period of my employment with Redwood City which are related to or useful in the business of Redwood City or result from tasks assigned to me by Redwood City. This shall include trade secrets, confidential knowledge, data or any other proprietary information of Redwood City. By way of illustration, but not limitation, this includes: trade secrets, inventions, mask works, ideas, processes, formulas, source and object codes, data, programs, other works of authorship, know-how, improvements, discoveries, developments, designs and techniques, information regarding plans for research, development, new products, marketing and selling.
