6.1.E. - Page 10 <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> Use of Premises for Provision of Services by Peninsula Family Service <br /> Licensee will have exclusive use of the following areas of the Fair Oaks Adult Activity <br /> Center: administrative offices and storage spaces. Access to these areas will be <br /> available during the following hours: Mondays, 8:OOam-5:OOpm; Tuesdays-Thursdays, <br /> 8:OOam-9:OOpm; Fridays, 8:OOam-7:OOpm. <br /> Licensee will have non-exclusive use per coordination with Site Director of the following <br /> areas of the Fair Oaks Adult Activity Center: lobby area, 3 classrooms, lounge area, <br /> meeting room, storefront space, and patio and yard immediately adjacent to the <br /> classrooms. <br /> The aforementioned areas will be available for the Licensee's programs Monday <br /> through Friday, 8am-4pm. <br /> Additionally, the Center's multi-purpose room will be available Monday through Friday, <br /> 9am — 1:15pm. Licensee may also coordinate with the Redwood City Child <br /> Development Center for use of the kitchen adjacent to the multi-purpose room Monday <br /> through Friday 9am - 1 pm. <br /> Licensee will not have access to any area of the Fair Oaks Adult Activity Center during <br /> holidays. <br /> Any other space use within the Fair Oaks Community Center will be scheduled <br /> according to availability. <br /> Facility staff of the Center will provide room set-up for Licensee's activities as specified <br /> in Exhibit B except in the event that no facility staff is available. In those instances, the <br /> Licensee will provide for their own room set-up. <br /> If the City arranges for other parties, groups or organizations to use the space when not <br /> being used by Licensee, the City shall be responsible for and ensure that space is used <br /> responsibly and safely. And spaces will be reinstated to the exact condition prior to use <br /> by the City. <br /> Organizations using space during Licensee's time of use to provide services consistent <br /> with the Licensee's programs will request permission to use it through Licensee and <br /> shall be required to use space in a manner consistent and supportive of the agency's <br /> activities. <br /> City reserves the right to schedule activities in the non-exclusive use areas of the Fair <br /> Oaks Adult Activity Center in coordination with the Licensee when any of the spaces are <br /> not being used by the Licensee. <br /> A copy of the map follows: <br /> ATTY/AGR/2012.111/PENINSULA FAMILY SERVICE <br /> REV:08-28-12 JS <br /> Page 8 of 10 <br />
