6.1.E. - Page 12 EXHIBIT "B" The Licensee's duties pursuant to this Agreement are as follows: The use of the Premises shall be rendered to the Licensee free of charge in exchange for services rendered to patrons of the Fair Oaks Community Center ("Center"), except for phone and internet service charges. It is expected that the needs of older adults and the community will change over time. It is also anticipated that demographic, environmental and funding structures and systems will change. Therefore, it is anticipated that the actual services delivered and, to some extent, the target population may also change. Although the primary focus will be in providing services for older adults, Licensee may also provide other needed services to children, youth, and adults of Redwood City and North Fair Oaks. Licensee shall: • Provide the City with reports made to County Aging and Adult Services and the agency annual audit. Written quarterly and annual information will be provided regarding numbers served, demographics, and units of service as determined by the Director. • Operate older adult nutrition luncheon programs at the Center, pursuant to specifications outlined by the San Mateo County Area Agency on Aging; • Facilitate transportation to the Center's older adult programs, • Maintain and further develop programs for older adults at the Center; • Make every effort to develop additional methods to increase outreach of older adult programs to promote visibility and participation within the older adult population from the North Fair Oaks and the Redwood City communities; • Encourage input of the Center by including them in issues and decisions relating to quality and/or levels of services to be provided; • Continue developing coordination of services between Veteran's Memorial Senior Center and Licensee's Program. • Work closely with staff from Center and the Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department by participating in regular meetings to establish effective and ongoing communication. The Center Manager and the Licensee's Site Director and Director of Older Adult Services shall meet at least quarterly to discuss progress, collaborative efforts and problem areas. The PRCS Director and the Licensee's Executive Director (or designee) shall join the group as needed for evaluation and planning.
