6.1.H. - Page 3 <br /> AMENDMENT NQ. 3 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTfNG SERVICES <br /> (Moore, lacofano, Goltsman, Inc.) <br /> This Amendment Na. 3 is entered into and e�Fective as of the day of <br /> , 2012, ext�nding and amending the agreement dated <br /> September 19, 200$ {the "Agreement"} by and betwe�n the City of Redwood City, a <br /> charter city and municipa! corporatian of the State af California ("Ci#y"), and Moore, <br /> Iacofano, Goltsman, Inc. ("Consultant"), (collectively, the "Parties") fior tF�e "Stanford in <br /> Redwood City Project." <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On September 19, 20Q8, #he Pa�ties execut�d Agreement far <br /> Environmental Consulting Services; and <br /> B. On March 16, 2010, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to Agreement <br /> for Environmental Cansultir�g Services; and <br /> C. Qn Jur�e 20, 2Q11, the Parties executed Amendment No. 2 to Agreement <br /> for Environmentaf Consulting S�rvices; and <br /> D. The Parties ha�e negotiated and agreed to amendments attachec! to and <br /> incorporated in by reference as Exhibit "A," Scope at Services and Fe�. <br /> NOW, THEREF�RE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutua� covenan#s <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. !n addition ta those ser�ices contained in the Agreement, as may ha�e <br /> been amended fram time to time, Consultant wil! provide those services described in <br /> Exhibit "A." With this Amendment, the total ar�nual Agreement amount shall not exceed <br /> Eighty Six Thousand Four Hundred Six Dollars and Eighteen Cents ($86,406.18}. <br /> 2. City will pay Consultant far alf work associated with those services <br /> described in Exhibit "A" on a time and materials basis not-to-exceed Eighty Six <br /> Thausand Faur Hundred Six Dollars and Eighteen Cents ($86,406.18), for an aggregate <br /> amount of ($591,371.08). Consultant will pravid� City, on a monthfy basis, copies of <br /> invoices sufficie�tly deta�fed to include hours performed, hourly rates, and related <br /> activities ar�d costs for approval by City. <br /> 3. Cansultant wilf complete afl work described in Exhibit "A" by the <br /> completion of performances af services hereunder hy Consultant. <br /> 4.
