6.1.1. - Page 19 <br /> Attachment B <br /> Fair Oaks Community Center <br /> Food and Shelter Program Budget <br /> FY 12-13 Budget Narrative <br /> Revenues <br /> Revenues reflect current and projected revenues for FY 12-13. <br /> Expenditures <br /> Em�lovee Costs: <br /> Fair Oaks Communit� Center Information and Referral Program: $20,000 of funds requested would <br /> support base level staffing of the Human Services Specialists and $10,000 of the funds requested <br /> would support the extension of our Expanded Base Level Staffing through the summer of 2012 per <br /> the descriptions below: <br /> o Base Level Staffing- historically funded by City and County, but now requiring additional <br /> outside funding, includes 3.0 FTE Human Services Specialists (providing direct client services); <br /> .5 FTE Receptionist (providing reception services for Information and Referral Program and a <br /> variety of agencies at Fair Oaks Community Center); and .25 FTE of Human Services Manager <br /> (providing overall management, program development/oversight, coordination with other <br /> providers, fundraising and reporting). <br /> o Ex�anded Base Level Staffin�—currently projected to include two .8 FTE Americorp Intern <br /> positions —one Human Services Specialist I for 9 months (partially funded; still seeking funds), <br /> one Benefits Navigator for 9 months. (funded by Grove Foundation Grant to RWC 2020 for <br /> LIBRE Collaborative), and summer extension of FY 11-12 Human Services Specialist I for 3 <br /> months. <br /> Supplies and Services —this is 10% of the overall cost for supplies and services for the Fair Oaks <br /> Community Center. <br /> Direct Client Assistance —this includes only direct client assistance grant dollars administered <br /> directly by the City to provide food assistance, motel vouchers, transportation assistance, and other <br /> direct client assistance as needed and appropriate. <br /> Direct Client Assistance is also provided with funds administered by others such as the Housing <br /> Industry Fund (HIF�, the Season of Sharing Fund and the Community Action Agency Community <br /> Service Block Grant Funds (CAA-CSBG). The latter two funds are administered by Samaritan <br /> House for the Core Agency Network of San Mateo County). <br /> Legal Aid Societv Eviction Defense Services: $25,000 of the funds would be used to contract Legal <br /> Aid Society's services as follows - $21,862 for employee costs and $3,138 for supplies and services. <br />
