Approval of Right of Entry Agreement between Redwood City and <br /> Harbor Village, LLC <br /> Staff contact: Terence Kyaw, Assistant Public Works Director 780-7466 <br /> tkyaw@redwoodcity.org <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br /> Agreement for Right of Entry between Redwood City and Harbor Village, <br /> LLC. <br /> D. Agreement for Electrical Maintenance Services for 2012-13 with Cal- <br /> West Lighting and Signal Maintenance, Inc. of San Jose, California <br /> Staff contact: Michael Gibbons, Public Works Superintendent 780-7493 <br /> mgibbons@redwoodcity.org <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1.) Approve by Motion a one (1) year term of Agreement for electrical <br /> maintenance services with Cal-West Lighting and Signal Maintenance Inc. of <br /> San Jose, California, in the amount of $200,000 and authorize the City <br /> Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary up to 10% of the <br /> amount awarded. <br /> 2.) Authorize the City Manager to renew the Agreement for up to three (3) <br /> consecutive years after the first year in an amount not to exceed 5% above <br /> the previous contract amount. <br /> E.
