Approve by Motion a one (1) year term of Agreement for electrical maintenance services with Cal-West Lighting and Signal Maintenance Inc. of San Jose, California, in the amount of $200,000 and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary up to 10% of the amount awarded. 2.) Authorize the City Manager to renew the Agreement for up to three (3) consecutive years after the first year in an amount not to exceed 5% above the previous contract amount. E.
