6.4.A. - Page 11 <br /> ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> Section 4. Section 2.2.2-1 is hereby amended to add the following subsection <br /> (m) after subsection (I): <br /> m. Buildings which were constructed before the adoption of this plan on <br /> January 24, 2011, and which were designed and used for retail uses <br /> prior to that date may continue to be used as retail spaces, even if the <br /> site presently does not permit retail uses per the Use Regulations Chart. <br /> Pre-existing buildings or spaces which were not used for retail <br /> purposes prior to the adoption of this plan cannot be converted to retail <br /> use if they are prohibited by this plan. New construction must comply <br /> with all use regulations which apply to the site. <br /> [The remainder of Section 2.2.2 shall continue in effect and is not changed by <br /> this addition.] <br /> Section 5. Section 2.2.3-A-1-a is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> a. The following uses are permitted as part of the Entertainment use <br /> group: <br /> ---�,a�� <br /> • Dance halls <br /> • Movie theaters <br /> • Music venues <br /> • Nightclubs <br /> • Performing arts theaters <br /> • Sports venues <br /> • Establishments serving alcoholic beverages not clearly ancillary to <br /> food service. <br /> • Establishments with music and/or dancing not clearly ancillary to <br /> food service. <br /> • Other similar and compatible uses deemed by the Planning <br /> Manager/Designee to meet the purpose and intent of the Plan. <br /> Section 6. Section 2.2.3-C-1-a is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> a.
