One <br /> Building Base Bay may not be divided between two Frontage <br /> Types, establishments, or dwelling units. <br /> b. A property's permitted Private Frontage Types are determined by <br /> Corridor Type as shown within the Fa�ade Composition <br /> Regulation Chart. All permitted Frontage Types for a single <br /> Corridor Type are allowed either a/one or in combination with any <br /> other permitted Frontage Type within a single building or along <br /> the property frontage of the specified Corridor Type. All portions <br /> of the ground floor of all Fa�ades shall have a frontage <br /> designation.
