6.4.E. - Page 19 <br /> 3.15.2 Attend construction contractor's field quality assurance <br /> inspection(s) and review, for compliance with contract <br /> documents and coordinate special inspections required by the <br /> work of separate contractors/consultants. <br /> 3.15.3 Assure that construction contractor(s) coordinates and <br /> completes all required code compliance inspections, field tests <br /> and sign-offs required by REDWOOD CITY and any other <br /> regulatory or testing and inspection firms/agencies. <br /> 3.15.3 Review construction contractor's as-built documentation and <br /> ensure it is up-to-date to within one (1) week of construction and <br /> installation. <br /> 3.15.5 Coordinate construction activities and master Project schedule. <br /> 3.15.6 Maintain a complete set of files in the Project office containing a <br /> complete record of construction. The files shall contain all <br /> Project correspondence, meeting and telephone notes, <br /> inspection deficiency notices, inspection diaries, records of tests <br /> and test results, and inspection reports and notices, etc. <br /> 3.15.7 Use best efforts to make jobsite alcohol and drug free. <br /> 4.0 CLOSE-OUT <br /> PROJECT MANAGER shall provide all services necessary for the close-out of <br /> the construction contract consistent with the General Conditions of the Contracts for <br /> Construction for the Project, including, without limitation, the following: <br /> 4.1 Prepare schedule of all closeout activities, checkout items, and check-off <br /> list, noting construction contractor document requirements as set forth in <br /> Project documents. <br /> 4.2 Schedule, coordinate, and supervise final tests and start-up of all project <br /> components. For the purposes of this paragraph, coordinate means to <br /> inform all relevant parties with sufficient advance notice of the inspection <br /> or date of substantial completion, ensure site access and availability of <br /> resources or other PROJECT personnel who may be required for the <br /> work, and keep COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR advised of <br /> same. <br /> ATTY/AGR/2012.097/VANIR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> REV: 07-25-12 VR <br /> Page 15 of 23 <br />
