6.5.E. - Page 4 <br /> C. The following provisions of the San Mateo County Animal Control <br /> Ordinance are not adopted: <br /> Section 6.04 130 <br /> Section 6.04.300 <br /> SECTION 3. Section 5.80, Article VIII of Chapter 5 relating to Penalties <br /> for violation of Chapter 5, including violation of the Animal Control ordinance is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Sec.5.80. - PENALTIES; CONTINUING VIOLATION: <br /> A. A violation of any provisions contained in this Chapter is hereby <br /> declared an infraction except for a violation of subsection (a) of section 6.04.100 <br /> and subsection (a) of Section 6.04.105 of the San Mateo County Animal Control <br /> Ordinance, a violation of which is hereby declared a misdemeanor. <br /> B. Every day any violation of any provision of this Chapter shall <br /> continue and shall constitute a separate offense. <br /> SECTION 4. This ordinance is not a project subject to the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act. <br /> SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall keep a copy of the San Mateo County <br /> Animal Control Ordinance on file and available for review by the public. <br /> SECTION 6. The City Clerk shall publish this Ordinance in accordance <br /> with applicable law. <br /> SECTION 7.
