8.A. - Page 68 <br /> ATTACHMENT2 <br /> 59.The individual lots may not be sold or conveyed until the Final Map has been <br /> recorded. <br /> 60.Applicant shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City, its officers, <br /> employees and agents, including but not limited to the Planning Commission <br /> and the City Council and the Planning Commission's and City Council's <br /> officers, employees and agents, from any and all claims, lawsuits, actions, or <br /> proceedings from third party (ies) involving or related to the City's <br /> consideration and/or approval of Finger Avenue Planned Development Permit <br /> Application No. PD2008-06. The City shall promptly notify Applicant of any <br /> such claim, action or proceeding and shall cooperate fully in the defense. <br /> Section 6.
