Ado�t a R�solution certifying the Final Environmenfal Impact Report for the <br /> Finger A�enue Nine Lot Planned De�elapment Project, adopt CEQA Findings, and <br /> adopt Mitigatian Monitoring and Reporting Plan, all in accordance with the requirements <br /> of the California Environmental Quality Act. (Attachment 1} <br /> 2. Adopt a Resolution approving the Planned Development Permit PD2008-06 for <br /> the EIR's `Project Alternative with 25 Foot Creek Setback' (as described in the Draft EIR <br /> pages ��1-1fi3}, based on the findings s�t forth in the Resolution and subject to the <br /> Conditions of Approva� listed therein. (Attachment 2} <br /> 3. Adopt a Resolution a�proving the Vesting Tentati�e Map TM2008-Q8 based on <br /> #he EIR's `Project Alternative with 25 Foat Creek Setback' (as described in the Draft E1R <br /> pages 161-1�3}, based on the findings set farth in the Resofutian and sub�ect ko the <br /> Conditions o#Approval listed therein. (Attachment 3) <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> McGowan Development has applied for a Pfanned Development Permit an� Vesting <br /> Tenta#i�e Map to develop a nine-�ot single-family subdivision on 1.69-acres of land <br /> located at 50, 84, and 88 Finger Avenue in Redwood City (Project). TY�e appficant's <br /> originat formal Project application was submitted in July of 2006. <br /> In July 2p1�, the City compieted the Finger Avenue Nine-�ot Planned Development <br /> Project Draft Facused Enviranmental Impact Report and in Juiy 2012, it completed the <br /> Finaf Environmentaf Impact Repart (�IR} pursuant to all relevant sections of the <br /> California Environmentai Quality Act (C�QA). <br /> A cnmplete praject description and full chronologies of the City's procedur�s in <br /> processing the E1R and request�d planning appro�als are provided in the June 19, 2012 <br /> Pfanning Comm�ssion staff report {Attachment 4). The chronologies outline the steps <br /> taken by Cify staff to support an informed public process and ta comply with the terms <br />
