STUDY SESSION(S) <br /> A Budget Study Session One <br /> Dr. Bell noted all the achievements of the last year and elaborated on the initiatives that <br /> Council directed staff to embrace (Prezi presentation on file). Dr. Bell then covered the <br /> agenda for the evening which included looking ahead to the next year. Dr. Bell covered <br /> the programs and accomplishments from the last year which is a reflection of the <br /> Council's profound vision. The City Manager thanked Mr. Chris Beth and Ms. Deanna <br /> La Croix for their assistance on the presentation.
