However our request for clarificatian of the location c�f the <br /> creek bank ar�d ehannel wit�in the defined lot]imits is not addressed,nor has a rnap <br /> been pravided that e�ends topographic informaCion at least 1QQ'from the property <br /> boundaries as is required by RWC Code Section 30.3SH�.The shape and position of <br /> the creek c�annel and bank is critical to determining actual availabte buiiding site <br /> area for the projec� N1cCloud's[�riginal VTM subtnitted in 2QQ6, erron�ously placed <br /> the top af�iank within the stream channel appraxinnately 7-8 ft BE�OW tne <br /> topograp�ac banl�top.This was an egregioUS errar ctear2y motivated by an atternpt <br /> to show more net lot area on the prnject site than actually exists,A complete survey <br /> af the creek within and adjacent to the project baundaries is essential for clarifying <br /> the ambiguities we pointed out in our previaus c�mment.In t�is respect,��e <br /> response da�s not address aur concerns, <br /> Res�n�s��-1�. <br /> While the response indicates�hat th�project roadway will naw incarparate <br /> perv€aus surfacing,which will reduce suz�face runoff and th�amc�unt of stormwater <br /> that wiI]need to be treated,the response does not addr�ss whether there is <br /> sufficient landscape area to treat the runnff as required by new low-irnpacE design <br /> stand�rds,The drainage plan,which is difficult to read as presented, app�ars to <br /> show swales within privat�yards.The FEIR does nat verify that there is sufficient <br /> l�ngth and capacity of th�se swales ta treat runoff to standard.Plus,given the <br /> Ioca#ion vf swales wi�hin individually owned properties [not H{�A cont�ralled or <br /> rnaintained},how daes the City�ropose t�guarantee that Che swales wauld be <br />
