In addition,the <br /> faotprints�f existing structures on the project site are also availa�Ie an th� <br /> developer's Vesting Ten#a�ive Map,and that information was used for the basie site <br /> Iayout and butiding footprints,In additlan ta bufldings on the praject site, <br /> Garavaglia aiso modeled the adjacent homes at 4�},54,and 90 �'�nger Avenue. <br /> Foilowing the completion flf Garavaglia's work,we created rnodels of all af t�e <br /> hQmes on the south side of Einger Ave.b�tween�t Camino and Hyde 3t�,using site <br /> �ayorat and b�ilding footprfnts pravided �y Redwood CiLy's�IS software{which <br /> cantains a building fvotprint Iayer�,wi�h elevativn information derived from Google <br /> Earth and site photographs.All of these building mod�Is reflect the overall size, <br /> height and general massing af the existing hom�s on and adjacent to the site,but d� <br /> not contain detailed arcE�itectural etements, <br /> For the praposed praject,the new hvrr�es were modeted based on the current <br /> Vesting Teniative Map,and�levatians far thase hames provided to the City by the <br /> deveiaper.T�e elevations,h;awever,�redate some minor ad�ustments�a the <br /> footprints of the homes,such that the e�evations are no�onger valid. In thase ca$es <br /> (lots 2,3,4 and 5),b�ild�ngs were design�d ta the original footprint and elevatfans <br /> and then"crogped"or otherwise altered ta match the new footprint dirr�ensians. <br /> Garava�2ia construct��all of the proposed buiidirtgs (plus 4�,54,and 90 Fi�tger <br /> Ave.) and completed the site layout,provid�ng to us t�va models--s�ne for the <br /> existing site and one fot�the prnposed project.T�e models were cat�stru�ed using <br /> Google Sk�tchup software,which also provides the abitity to"fly thraugh"the rnodel <br /> and exgart views from within it Following com�letian of this work,FAPC created a <br /> digita2 terrain rnodel for tihe praject site-based on the topographic data provided <br /> an the Vesting Tentative Map,as a means to show the creek and other related <br /> to�ographic features. Streetstape detai�s w�re added to the madel by FAFC and <br /> accurate�y reflect the lacation,dimensions,and ger�erai�anfigurations afboth <br />
