RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING LOAN AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $1,256,097 BETWEEN THE REDWOOD CITY GENERAL FUND AND THE <br /> REDWOOD CITY INTERNAL SERVICES FUND <br /> E. Approve, by resolution, a two-tier salary structure for the <br /> classifications of Police Sergeant and Police Lieutenant, and amend <br /> the salary plan accordingly. <br /> 4.
