He explained the benefits associated with this <br /> reorganization. He provided a full update to Council on the different initiatives the Police <br /> Department is engaged in. He spoke about current partnerships and community <br /> involvement. He said the Town Hall meetings are going well because at the end of the <br /> day it is all about relationships. He also provided an update on the social media <br /> endeavors. He thanked Captain Hernandez for his recent work on the Sequoia Station <br /> situation. Council Member Bain thanked the Chief for all the social media that is being <br /> used. He asked if there was an internal communication plan and the Chief responded <br /> affirmatively. <br /> M/S Seybert/Gee to adopt the resolution.
