� ��� op <br /> � <br /> Whereas, it is the intent of the Port that this Board's approval of the proposed <br /> Improvements incfude the approval of minor changes or modifications to the proposed <br /> Improvements, which are consistent with the character, nature and size, and location of <br /> the proposed Improvements and which shall first be approved, if at all, by the Port <br /> Executive Director in writing. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The City of Redwood City, by and through its Board of Port <br /> Commissioners, has considered the application filed by Simsmetal U.S.A. Corp. and <br /> the character, nature and size and location of the proposed Improvements and the <br /> benefit of such proposed Improvements. <br /> 2. The City of Redwood City, by and through its Board of Port <br /> Commissioners, hereby approved the proposed Improvements. <br /> 3. This approval includes the approval of minor changes or modifications to the <br /> proposed Improvements, which are consistent with the character, nature and size, and <br /> location of the proposed Improvements and which shall first be approved, if at all, by <br /> the Port Executive Director in writing. <br /> 4. This approval is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any building permit required <br /> by the City of Redwood City (the "City Permit") and Simsmetal U.S.A.
