Approve a one (1) year term of Agreement for electrical maintenance <br /> services with Cal-West Lighting and Signal Maintenance Inc. of San Jose, <br /> California, in the amount of $200,000; and, to authorize the City Manager to <br /> increase the contract amount, if necessary up to 10% of the amount awarded; <br /> and. <br /> 2.)
