In this case, part of the Private <br /> Frontage area may also satisfy the Public Frontage requirements of <br /> this section. The Set Back method shall not be required if it <br /> necessitates the demolition of existing structures which are within <br /> the necessary setback area, and which are not intended to be <br /> removed as part of the proposed project. <br /> Section 13. Section 2.8.3-C-2 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 2, Guidelines <br /> a. The Building Base Length Articulations should be created using a <br /> pilaster.
