The City received a number of letters
and emails from the public during the Draft EIR public review period; and
WHEREAS, on August 29, 2011, at a regularly scheduled Historic Resources Advisory
Committee (HRAC) meeting, the HRAC provided input on the Cultural Resources Section of the
Draft EIR, and adopted a motion finding that the Cultural Resources Chapter of the Draft EIR
was complete and adequate for purposes of CEQA. The Final EIR addresses the HRAC input
on the Draft EIR; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of CEQA and the CEQA Guidelines,
the City has caused the preparation of written responses to the comments received
ATTY/RES0.2783/CC FINGER RESO CERTIFYING FINAL EIR RESOI.#15217
REV:08-31-12 VR MUFF#613
