SA 12-10 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING A <br /> CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE FOR THE OVERSIGHT BOARD <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of Redwood City as follows: <br /> 1. Adoption. That the Code entitled "Conflict of Interest Code of the <br /> Oversight Board for the Successor Agency to the Redwood City Redevelopment <br /> Agency" is hereby approved and adopted as set forth in Exhibit "A", along with <br /> attached Appendix "1", incorporated herein by reference in which Officials are <br /> designated herein and by this reference made a part hereof. <br /> 2. Effective Date. The adoption of this Code shall be effective <br /> immediately. <br /> 3. Filinq of Resolution.
