Exhibit "C" Compensation Consultant's Services related to the Redwood Creek Culvert Relocation Project set forth in Exhibit"A" are not to exceed $290,000, based on the Rate Schedule below. Consultant's Services related to the Block 2 Development Project set forth in Exhibit "B" are not to exceed $460,000, based on the Rate Schedule below. Nofinrithstanding the foregoing, Consultant shall inform the Community Development Director when the total amount of hourly fees charged for the Services related to the Block 2 Development Project has reached $30,000. Consultant shall not provide additional Services related to the Block 2 Development Project over and above $30,000 unless and until the Community Development Director provides written notice authorizing such work over and above $30,000. City may, in its sole discretion; transfer unexpended or unencumbered funds from one Project to the other, so long as the total Agreement amount does not exceed $750,000, unless mutually agreed upon in writing. All fees will be charged on a time and materials basis, commensurate with work completed, in accordance with the attached hourly rate schedule.
