UNIFORM ADMIN�STRATIVE REQUlREMENTS. Contractor will <br /> comply wifh the requirements and standards of the Community De�elopm�nt <br /> Block Grant Regulations, OMB Circular A-122, Cost Principles for Nan-Profit <br /> Organizations, as amended, OMB Circular A-110, Uniform Administrative <br /> Ret{uirements for Grants and Agreements, as amended, and all other federal, <br /> state, a�d local laws, regulatiorrs and requirements, as applicable. <br /> 23. COMPLIANCE WITH CALIFORNIA LABOR LAWS AND FEDERAL <br /> REQUIREMENTS. Contractor agrees to be bound by the Labar Laws of the <br /> State af Califarnia, and applicable Federal requirements. A paragraph shall be <br /> incorparated in e�ery agreement b�tween Contractor and third parties in <br /> connection to the Project stating that the third party must comply with Caiifornia <br /> La�or Laws and applicab�e Federal reauirements.
