6.1.E. - Page 85 ORIGINAL <br /> FUNDING A G R � E M E N T FOR HUMAN SERVICES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF Fi�DWOOD CITY AND <br /> PENINSULA VOLUNTEERS, f�IC. <br /> 7HIS AGREEMENT, made and enter�d into this day of , 2012, by and <br /> between the GITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and a municipal corporation of the State af <br /> California ("City") and Peninsula Volunteers, Inc„ a California nonpraft organization ("Contractor"); <br /> WITN � SSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor will provide certain services through programs, including #he program <br /> described in Exhibit"A" ("Contract Objectives"), and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct the program for <br /> residents of City during the fscal year cammencing July 1, 2Q12, and ending June 3Q, 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS, Cify has reviewed sa�d request and desires to allocate to Contractor the sum of <br /> $10,D00; <br /> NOW, THEREFOR�, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. �INANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City shall alfocate to Contractor the sum of Ten Thousand <br /> Dolfars far exclusive use by Contractor during th� fscal year commencing July 1, 2012, and end+ng June <br /> 30, 2013, to be used by Contractor soiely for the purposes descri�ed in paragraph 2. <br /> 2. U5� OF F�NDS. Gantractor 5hall use the funds provided pur5uant to paragraph 1 solely <br /> for the Program purposes d�scribed in �xhibit "A° (Gontract Objecti�as) attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein. <br /> 3. CHANGES TO PROGFtAM. No changes in the Program described in this agreer�ent which <br /> is funded by the financial assistance provided under paragraph 1 shall be made without the prior written <br /> consent of City. <br /> 4. PAYM�NTS. Contractar shall keep detailed and accurate records of all expenditures made <br /> and expenses incurred which are funded under this agreamer�t.
