No changes in the Praject described in <br /> this Agreement which is funded by the financiaf assistance pravided under <br /> Parag�aph � will be made without the prior writ#en cansent of City. <br /> 4. PAYMENTS. Contractor will keep detail�d ar�d accurate records of <br /> afl expenditures made and expenses incurred which are �unded under this <br /> Agreerr�ent. Payments of funds allocated pursuant ta Paragraph 1 will be made <br /> to Contractar on a reimbursement basis as follows: (i) Contractar will s�bmi# <br /> requests for payment to #he City quarterly by the 15'h day of the month <br /> electronically ta the website specified by City's CDBG/HQME Program; {ii) all <br /> requests for payment will be accompanied by copies nf originai receipts ar other <br /> proaf of expend�tures, and will disclose amounts of Project income, if any, <br /> generated by �ser fees on a monfhly basis; (iii) final payment request rrtust b� <br /> submitted and received by the City no later than June 15, 2Q13; (iv} the f'roject <br /> income, if any, will be subtracted fram cnrresponding requests for payment; and <br /> (v) Project income, i� applicable, wilf be expended by Contractor prior to <br /> requesting reimbursements from City. <br /> 5. STANDARD OF' S�RVlCE. Contractor warrants to City that it will <br /> use and acco�nt far all funds provided �ereunder strictly in accordance with <br /> standards governing the use of, and accour�tability far, funds held and disbursed <br /> in trust. The Praject wil� conform ta the highest standards praviding far prajeets <br /> of similar ar like nat�re in the 5an Francisco Bay Area. Cantractor will be <br /> responsible for, and hold City harmless from, any failure to adhere to such <br /> standards. Contractor will verify that afl activities funded hereunder benefit only <br /> residents within City's corporate limits. <br /> 6. QUART�RLY REP�RTS.
