<br /> (d) Providing that Confractor's insurance coverage will be primary
<br /> insurance with respect to City, its Council, officers, boards,
<br /> commissions, employs�s, and agents, and any insurance or self-

<br /> Contractor's insurar�ce and not contributory with it.
<br /> �6. NON-DISCRIMlNATION AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY. Contractor

<br /> provisions of Ex�cuti�e Order 11246 af Se�tember 24, 1965, as amended, and of
<br /> the rules, regulations and relevant orders of the Secretary of Labor, and that it
<br /> will not discriminate agains# any employee or applicant far employment because
<br /> of race, cfllor, religion, sex or r�atianal origin. Contractor will take affirmative
<br /> action to ensure that applicants are emplayed, and that employees are treated
<br /> during employment, withaut regard ta their race, color, relEgion, sex ar �ational
<br /> origin. 5uch action will include, but not be limited to, the follawing; employment,
<br /> upgrading, demotion, or transfer, recruitment or recruitment ad�ertising; layaff or
<br /> terminatian; rates of pay or other farms of compensation; and selection for
