6.1.E. - Page 138 <br /> (a) Contractor will not discriminate against any emplayee or applicant for <br /> employment on the basis of religion and will not lim�t employment or give <br /> preference in employment to persons an the basis of religion; <br /> (b) Contractor will nat discriminate against any person applying for a <br /> position related to the Project on the basis of religion and will not limit such <br /> services or give preferer�ce to persons on the basis af r�ligion; <br /> (c) Contractor will pravide no refigious instr�ction or counseling, conduct <br /> no reiigious worship or services, engage in no religious proselytizing, and exert <br /> no other religiaus influence related to the Project; <br /> (d) The por#ion of a facilities related to the Project will contain no <br /> religious symbols or decarations. <br /> 22. UNIFORM ADMINISTRATIVE R�QUIREMENTS. Contractor wiil <br /> comply with the requirements and standards of the Community Development <br /> Block Grant Regulations, �MB Circufar A-122, Cost Principles for Non-Profit <br /> Organizations, as amended, �MB Circular A-110, Uniform Administrative <br /> Reguiremer�ts far Grants and Agreements, as amended, and all other federaf, <br /> state, and laca! laws, regulatior�s and requirements, as applicable. <br /> 23. COMPL.IANCE WITH CALIFORNfA LABOR LAWS AND FEDERAL <br /> REQUIREMENTS, Contractor agrees to be bound by the Labor Laws of the <br /> Stat� of Califarnia, and applicable Federal requirements. A paragraph shall be <br /> incorporated in e�ery agreement between Cantractor and third parties in <br /> connectian to the Project stating that the third party must comply with California <br /> Labor Laws and applicable Federal requirem�nts.
