COMPL.IANCE WITH CALIFORNfA LABOR LAWS AND FEDERAL <br /> REQUIREMENTS, Contractor agrees to be bound by the Labor Laws of the <br /> Stat� of Califarnia, and applicable Federal requirements. A paragraph shall be <br /> incorporated in e�ery agreement between Cantractor and third parties in <br /> connectian to the Project stating that the third party must comply with California <br /> Labor Laws and applicable Federal requirem�nts.
