No changes in the Project described in <br /> this Agreement which is funded by the financia! assistance pro�ided under <br /> Paragraph 1 will �e made withaut the prior written cansent of City. <br /> 4. PAYMENTS. Confiractor wilf keep detailed and accurate records of <br /> all expenditures made and expenses incurred which are funded under this <br /> Agreement. Payments af funds allocated pursuant to Paragraph 1 w�li be made <br /> to Contracfar on a reimbursement basis as falfows: (i) Corttractar will stabmit <br /> requests for paymen# to the City quarterly by the 15i" day of the manth <br /> electronicalfy to the website specifiec� by C[ty's CDBGIHOME Program; (ii} afl <br /> reques#s for payment will be accompanied by copies of originai receipts or other <br /> proof of expenditures, and will disclose amounts of Project income, if ar�y, <br /> generated by user fees on a monthly basis; {iii) final payment request must be <br /> � submitted and received by th� City no later than June 15, 2013; (iv} the Project <br /> income, it any, wiil be subtracted from corresponding requests far payment; and <br /> (v) Project income, if applicable, will be expended by Corttracfor prior to <br /> requesting reimbursemer�ts from City. <br /> 5. STANDARD OF SERVIC�. Contractor warrants ta City that it wil! <br /> use and accaunt for afl funds provided hereunder strictfy in accordance with <br /> standards governing �he use of, and accountability for, funds held and disbursed <br /> in trust. The Project will conform to the F�ighest standards providing for projects <br /> of simifar or like nature in the San Francisca Bay Area. Contractor will be <br /> responsible for, and hold City har�nless from, any failure to adhere to such <br /> standards. Contractar will �erify that afl activities funded hereunder benefit only <br /> residents within City's corporate limits. <br /> 6. QUART�RLY REPORTS.
