FINANCIAL ASSISTAf�CE. City shall aflocate to Contractor the sum of 5e�en Thousand <br /> Two Hundred Fifty 5ix Dolfars far exclusi�e use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, <br /> 2012, and ending June 30, 2013, ta be used by Contractor solely for the purpases described in paragraph <br /> 2. <br /> 2, U5E QF FU�fDS. Cnntractor shall use the funds pravided pursuant ta paragraph 1 solely <br /> for the Pragram purposes described in Exhibit "A" (Contract Objectives} attached hereko and by this <br /> reference incarporated herein. <br /> 3. CHANGES TO PROGRAM. No changes in the Program described in this agreement which <br /> is funded by the financial assistance provided under paragraph 1 shall be made without the priar written <br /> consent of City. <br /> 4. f�AYMENTS. Contractor shall keep detaiEed and accura#e records of all expenditures made <br /> and �xpenses incurred which are funded under this agreement.
