NON-DISCRIMINATION AND EQUAL OPPORTUNlTY. Contractor hereby warrants and agrees that, in the performance of this Agreement, it wifl not, in connection with the employment, ad�ancement ar discharge of employees, or in connectian with the t�rms, canditior�s ar privileges of their employment, discriminate against person because af their age, except upan the basis of bona fide occupational qualification, retirement plan or statutory requirement, and will not spec�fy, in salicitations or advertisement for ernplayees to work on this Agreement, a maximurrt age limit, unfess such limit is based upon a bona fide occupa#ional qualificat�on, retirement plan or statutory requirement. Contractar further warrants and agrees that it will comply with all provisions of �xecutive Order 1�246 of September 2�4, 1965, as amended, and of the rules, regulations and relevant orders of the Secretary of Labor; and that it wjll not discriminate against any em�loyee ar applicant for employment because of race, color, religian, sex ar r�ational origin. Contracfor will take affirmati�e action to ens�re that applican�s are employed, and that �mployees are treated during emplayment, without regard to their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Such actior� wifl include, but not be limited to, the following: employment, upgrading, demotion, ar transfer, recruitment or recruitment advertising; layaff ar termination; ra#es of pay or other forms of compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeship.
