UNIFORM ADMINISTRATIV� REQUIREMENTS. Cantractor will <br /> comply with the requirements and standards of the Cammunity De�elopment <br /> Block Grant Regulations, OMB Circular A-�22, Cost Principles for Nan-Profit <br /> Organizations, as amended, �MB Circular A-1 �0, Unifarm Administrative <br /> Requirements for Grants and Agreements, as amend�d, and all ather federal, <br /> state, ar�d lacal laws, regula#ions and requirements, as appficable. <br /> 23. COMPLIANCE WITH CALIFORNIA LABOR LAWS AND FEDERAL <br /> REQUIREMENTS. Contractor agrees to be bound by the �abor Laws of the <br /> State of California, and applicable Federal requirements. A paragraph shall be <br /> incorporated in every agreement between Contractor and third parties in <br /> connection to the Project stating that the third party must camply with California <br /> Labar Laws and applicable Federal requi�ements. Pursuan# to 42 USC 5310, all <br /> laborers ar�d mechanics employed by contractors or subcontractors in the <br /> performance of construction work financed in whole or in part with assistance <br /> r�ceived from the Community Develapment Block Grant Funds shall be paid <br /> wages at rates not less than those prevailing an similar construction in the <br /> ATTY/AGR/2012.123/CDBG RE�WOOD FRMiLY HDUSE <br /> REV:OS-31-12 VR <br /> Page 10 of 15 <br />
