SUCCESSQRS AND AS5IGNS. It is mutually understoad and ag�eed that this Agreement wilf be binding upan City and Contrac#ar and their respecti�e sUCCessors. Neither this Agreement nor any part of it nor any manies due or to become due under it may be assigned by Cantractor withaut the prior cansent of C�ty, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. 29. AUTHORETY. The in�ivFduals executing this Agreement and the instruments referenced in it on behalf of Contractar each re�resen# and warrant that they have the legal power, right and actual authority to bind Contractor to the terms ar�d conditions of this Agreement. 30. ENTIRE AGRE�MENT. 7his Agreement, together with any otYter wriften document referred to or cantemplated by it; embody the entire Agreemenf and understanding between the Parties relating to the subject ma#ter of it.
