A typical way to obtain the knowledge and <br /> abilities would be: <br /> Experience: <br /> Five years of progressively responsible and varied experience in municipal <br /> management with at least three years of experience as an executive or senior <br /> manager. Three years experience managing the areas of human resources, <br /> information technology and public information highly desirable. <br /> Traininq: <br /> Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Public or Business <br /> Administration or a related field.
