The estimated revenues of the Port of Redwood <br /> City for Fiscal Year July 1, 2011 — June 30, 2012, and all unexpended and <br /> unencumbered monies remaining in the Port funds at the close of Fiscal Year <br /> July 1, 2011 — June 30, 2012, are hereby allocated and appropriated according <br /> to the allocations set forth in Ordinance No. P-248, as adjusted by the following <br /> re-appropriation. <br /> SECTION 2. OPERATING EXPENSES — OPERATIONS. The re- <br /> appropriation of sums from certain line items to other line items as set forth in <br /> Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated by this reference, and the <br /> expenditure of said funds, as re-appropriated for the payment of operating <br /> expenses in connection with the operation of the Port of Redwood City during <br /> Fiscal Year July 1, 2011 —June 30, 2012, is hereby authorized. <br /> SECTION 3. OPERATING EXPENSES — ADMINISTRATION. The re- <br /> appropriation of sums from certain line items to other line items as set forth in <br /> Exhibit �A," attached hereto and incorporated by this reference, and the <br /> expenditure of said funds, as re-appropriated for the payment of operating <br /> expenses in connection with the administration of the Port of Redwood City <br /> during Fiscal Year July 1, 2011 —June 30, 2012, is hereby authorized. <br /> SECTION 4.
