Increase the supply of Affordable Rental housing; preserve existing affordable rental <br /> housing, and improve the condition of existing housing (renter and owner). This goal <br /> includes the provision of special needs housing: <br /> SNH-2: Improve the access special needs populations have to services. <br /> Description of Services to be Provided: <br /> The Housing Accessibility Modification (HAM) program will provide modifications to <br /> homes of persons with disabilities to improve accessibility and increase safety. <br /> Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br /> Housing Accessibility Modifications (HAM) will serve 22 Redwood City households. <br /> NOTE:Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
