EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Itemized List of what Contractor will do for City and at what price and schedule. <br /> Proiect Description <br /> Contractor shall provide a Presentation-quality model showing the context of buildings <br /> in the defined area. Size, color and shape of structures will be rendered from Google <br /> Earth or other material provided by City or Contractor. Building heights will be <br /> established using Google Earth views of existing buildings. The areas where <br /> redevelopment is anticipated to occur based on graphics provided by City and through <br /> discussions with City will have removable existing buildings. <br /> The general boundaries of the model shall include EI Camino Real- Veteran's <br /> Boulevard, Maple Street, and Brewster Avenue. The finished product will represent the <br /> area accurately at a scale of 1" = 50', both vertically and horizontally. The final product <br /> shall be constructed with all four corners at right angles to one another, of such a final <br /> exterior dimension as to generally include the following directions: <br /> Beginning at a point that is the intersection of the southerly right-of-way of EI Camino <br /> Real and the centerline of Brewster Avenue, then following said centerline to a point at <br /> or beyond Veteran's Boulevard that when a line is extended 90 degrees south toward <br /> Maple Street meets that point in the Downtown Precise Plan boundary where Maple <br /> Street and Marshall Street intersect, then turning 90 degrees generally south toward EI <br /> Camino Real along the Maple Street boundary beyond its crossing of Main Street and <br /> continuing in a straight line to a point of intersection with generally the southern border <br /> of the right-of-way for EI Camino Real, such that a line from this point of intersection <br /> back to the point of beginning establishes right angles with the line extending from <br /> Maple Street and the intersection with the center line of Brewster Avenue. <br /> The entire model shall be encased in a pine frame 2 1/2" tall with mdf mounted for a top <br /> that has a smooth flat surface, to be framed under for rigidity; pine frame to be sealed <br /> with clear exterior water base treatment. <br /> Top surFace of mdi to be sealed and painted road color (soft warm grey) <br /> City blocks to be constructed with pads using .030 styrene that is painted concrete color <br /> Approximately 200 buildings are to be constructed using Plexiglas construction material, <br /> external details as scale permits and as can be detailed from street photos and Google <br /> Earth files. Building details to be appropriately scaled and created with laser technology <br /> and hand detailing.
