To certify the comp(iance of OWNER or its successor with #hese pro�isions, the CiTY <br /> shall ha�e a right to inspect the Property booKs and reco�ds per�aining to such matters of <br /> the then owner(s) or operator{s} of the Property. <br /> Section 4.04. Affordability Compliance Reqort. <br /> Bi-annually on June 30th and Decernber 31st of every year of the Rental Affordabifity <br /> Co�enants Term, or the �oflowing business day in the s�ent that such date shall fall on a <br /> weekend or legal holiday, OWNER shall submit a Report to the CITY cantaining, at a minimum, <br /> the fa[lowing items and ir�formation: <br /> A. A site map showing the unit numbers and locations of afl units ancf al! Affordable <br /> L.JRits; <br /> B. Total number of Affordable Uni#s that are occupied; <br /> C. Total number of Affordable Units that are, �acant; <br /> D. A certified re�# roll for afl units contair�ing the unit numbers, the lease <br /> commencement and expiration dates, the numbers af bedroams and bathrooms <br /> within the rented units, the rental rate far each rented unit, and indicating which units <br /> are rented as Affordable Units; <br /> E. For each Affordabie Uni#, the unit size, ho�sehold size, househald income, income <br /> iimits for a Qualifying Lessee, Maximum Affordable Rent Payment for a Qualifying <br /> Lessee, utility allawance, and total monthly rent. <br /> F.
