If apprapriate, Consultan# will present mitigation measures for
any identified potentially significant effects. If tte
IS ilfustrates that no signifcant physical enironmenfal impacts wauld result, then an
Initial Study/Mitigated Nega#iv Declaration (fSIMND) would be the apprapriate CEQA
document and the tasks inoled will be similar ta what is included blaw. If an 151MND is
the appropriata CEQA dacument, then the 1S can easily be coerted to the ISIMND
format.
However, if significant and unavoidable environmental impacts would result, then an
Enironmental Impact Report (EIR) would be required and the 15 would deter the major
environrnental analysis #o the EIR. If an EIR is required, Consultant will submit a
separate scope of work and budget for review by the City.
For this #ask, Consultant will be respansible far the following tour principal activities:
• Establish baseline conditions;
• Perform the analysis and make determinations of impact significance;
• Recommend mitigation measures ta reduce impacts, if needed; and
 Determine the subseqent CEQA analysis.
For each environmental tapic, Cansultant will analyze significance thresholds based n
CEQA Guidelines, Appendix G.
